Do you host our data, or does it stay on our infrastructure?
Your data stays entirely on YOUR infrastructure. TEKPRO.ai platforms (PAVE™, RAMP™, SWIM™) are deployed on your servers—whether on-premises, private cloud, or your chosen cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP). We never host, store, or have access to your operational data. You maintain complete ownership, control, and sovereignty over all data, ensuring compliance with your security policies, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards.
What level of control do we have after implementation?
Complete control. After implementation, you have full administrative access to all platform components, source code (depending on licensing tier), databases, and configurations. You can modify, extend, or integrate the platforms as needed without dependency on TEKPRO.ai. Our AID services provide guidance and best practices, while RISE™ resources can support ongoing administration—but you’re never locked into our services.
Can we integrate TEKPRO.ai platforms with our existing systems?
Absolutely. Because our platforms run on your infrastructure, integration with existing systems is straightforward and secure. PAVE™ connects with your project management tools, ERP, and data sources. RAMP™ integrates with energy monitoring systems, SCADA, and IoT devices. SWIM™ works alongside infrastructure management platforms. All data flows stay within your network perimeter.
What happens if we decide to discontinue TEKPRO.ai services?
You keep everything. Since the platforms are installed on your infrastructure and you own the deployment, discontinuing our services simply means you manage the platforms internally. All your data, configurations, customizations, and historical records remain yours. There’s no vendor lock-in, no data export fees, and no functionality loss.

How quickly can we deploy PAVE™, RAMP™, or SWIM™?

Our engagements focus on enabling your team to independently manage solutions. We transfer knowledge, document everything, and ensure your staff can operate without ongoing dependency.
How does RISE™ staff augmentation work?
RISE provides skilled technical and operational resources globally to support your platforms. We supply platform administrators, engineers for customization, data analysts, project managers, and QA specialists. Resources work within your security protocols and operate as extensions of your team. Engagements can be short-term, long-term, or managed services.
GETTING STARTED
Do we need ongoing TEKPRO.ai services after implementation?
No, but many clients choose to continue. After implementation, you have everything you need to operate independently: platforms installed on your infrastructure, full administrative access and documentation, and your team trained on operation and maintenance. However, many organizations opt for ongoing AID™ optimization services or RISE™ resources—these are optional value-adds, not requirements.
SECURITY & COMPLIANCE
How do you ensure our data security and regulatory compliance?
Your data never leaves your control. Because platforms run on your infrastructure: all operational data resides on your servers within your network perimeter. You manage all user permissions, authentication, and access policies. Platforms inherit YOUR compliance posture (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, ISO 27001, etc.). Complete audit logs stored in your systems under your retention policies. You control encryption at rest and in transit using your security standards.
What about software updates, patches, and maintenance?
You control the update schedule. We provide regular updates with new features and security patches delivered as installable packages, detailed release notes and migration guides, and flexibility to apply updates based on your change management process.
